Upcoming Tradition Bank Show Opportunity
Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at 06:16PM We have another exciting opportunity to show our work this fall thanks to Lynne Skoyles and Sany Sugianto! Tradition Bank on Grand Parkway is working with us to secure a 10-day show. The dates are tentative and will be confirmed very soon but I wanted to get this information to you so that you would have time to get prepared.
KAA at Tradition Bank
Tentative Dates: September 20-29, 2010
Theme: "WonderFALL Art!"
The space is limited so we are looking at 1-2 pieces per artist for consideration. Size should be limited to 20"x24" or smaller. The pieces for the show will be selected based on how well each fits with the show's theme. We already have so many diverse styles within our group so I'm sure we will not have any problem producing a wide variety of art. I hope to see work from many members!
IN-TAKE will be via DIGITAL FILE ART SUBMISSION!
We are taking advantage of the technology available to us to manage intake for this show. Selections for the show are to be emailed to me at vivianlmora@earthlink.net no later than 12:00 noon on Saturday, August 28, 2010. I will compile the entries in a presentation slide show for the representatives at the bank to review and select specific pieces.
FORMAT for DIGITAL SUBMISSIONS are as follows: JPEG files of at least 150 ppi or no larger than 2 MGs. Please include title of piece, dimensions, medium, and sale price or indicate NFS within the body of your email. Note: It is also easier to match images with information if the jpeg has the same title.
If your piece(s) are selected you will be responsible for making sure it is/they are prepared and ready to hang by show date, September 20, 2010. Intake on September 20 for selected pieces will be 4:00 - 6:00 PM at Tradition Bank located at 1515 S. Grand Parkway, Katy, TX 77494.
