Upcoming Show and Silent Auction at Willowfork Country Club - Submissions Due March 14th

This is a ONE DAY show.

Thursday April 7^th we will be holding a showing of Katy Area Artists work for sale at Willowfork Country Club. 5pm to 9pm. Along side the show we will be holding a silent auction of approximately 15 to 20 items.

Artwork for sale will pay KAA 20% of the sale price, so please build this into your asking price. Sales will strictly take place between artist and customer only.

Thursday night is “Pasta night” at Willowfork where you can build your own pasta bowl.

Cost for the pasta meal is $14 inclusive of tax and gratuities for adults and $8 for children (4yrs to 12yrs). Drinks are not included in this price. Cash or credit card accepted.

It is a busy night at Willowfork and with a Willowfork Women’s meeting taking place in the adjacent ballroom we should get a fair amount of traffic.

Please plan to join us with family and friends.

DEADLINES AND DETAILS

1.              Up to 2 pieces of artwork may be submitted per fully paid member.

2.              $5 per entry ($10 for 2 ) checks payable to Katy Area Artists. Mail to Lynne Skoyles, 2511 Kelliwood lakes Drive, Katy, Tx 77450.

3.              Please e-mail details of your entry to lynne@skoyles.com by MARCH 14^th!!!!!!

4.              When e-mailed details AND check has been received, your art will be put on a list. When we reach 50 items the entry will be closed. You will be informed if your art did not make the list.

SIZE FRAMED …HEIGHT BEING THE FIRST DIMENSION (not wider than 26 inches framed).           

Art will need to be delivered to Willowfork Country Club between 9am and 11am on Thursday April 7^th. Please bring a one page Bio in a sheet protector if you have not already done so.

Art will need to be removed at 9:30pm that same night!!

Please plan to have someone transport your work if these times are difficult for you.
